A 助学金 霹雳嘉应会馆秉持创会乡贤们热爱教育的精神及关怀会员子女能够接受优良教育的基础上，特设立了助学金计划以帮助嘉应子弟能够利用助学金购买新学年的校服或书本学费。 在此助学金计划下，学生品行必须优良；获得董事部或学生住址当地的协理推荐，由入会满一年或以上的家长提出申请即可。唯最终取舍，由助学金小组审理定夺。每个家庭设定最多2名子女。 申请者必须填妥申请表格连同本年度学校成绩册副本（由学校盖章核任），在2012年12月15日前交到本会馆秘书处，逾期者恕不受理。 小学组： 每名成功录取者将获得RM60 及嘉许状一张以资奖励。 中学组： 每名成功录取者将获得RM100及嘉许状一张以资奖励。 B奖励金 所有会员子女在2011年度的政府评估考试中（UPSR/ PMR/ SPM/ STPM)考获优良成绩者皆可由家长提出申请。 奖励金与助学金表格可即日起向会馆秘书处索取（免费）。 助学金小组将于2012年12月20日以前联络各得奖家长。 颁发日期：2012年12月22日 （六）， 早上10点，于本会礼堂举行。家长须陪同得奖子女穿校服前来领取上述奖金。

THE OLD BEAMS STATUE OF PK KAYING BUILDING IN 1900

I had heard from the oldies that Perak Kaying Association recent building is rebuild in the years of 1974. The previous old building was build up with the wooden material. The Kaying Clans Oldies also told that the front building have marble stone beam statue, which were made from the Wu Hua district, Province of Guangdong Jia Ying Zhou (Kaying).

After many years of the story, today, by the soft opening of Kampar Mining Museum, I can see it from the near distance.

Picture above, shown the real picture of the said beam statue located in front of the old Kaying building in the year of 1900. Thanks to the Museum Owner, Tan Seri Dato' Hew See Tong that making effort to relocate the said beam statues.
