上述学生、家长敬请出席在2012年12月22日（星期六），上午10点在霹雳嘉应会馆大厦三楼礼堂举行的颁发仪式。所有受惠学生请穿上明年班的学生制服。无故缺席者之助学金、奖励金将被取消。

A 助学金 霹雳嘉应会馆秉持创会乡贤们热爱教育的精神及关怀会员子女能够接受优良教育的基础上，特设立了助学金计划以帮助嘉应子弟能够利用助学金购买新学年的校服或书本学费。 在此助学金计划下，学生品行必须优良；获得董事部或学生住址当地的协理推荐，由入会满一年或以上的家长提出申请即可。唯最终取舍，由助学金小组审理定夺。每个家庭设定最多2名子女。 申请者必须填妥申请表格连同本年度学校成绩册副本（由学校盖章核任），在2012年12月15日前交到本会馆秘书处，逾期者恕不受理。 小学组： 每名成功录取者将获得RM60 及嘉许状一张以资奖励。 中学组： 每名成功录取者将获得RM100及嘉许状一张以资奖励。 B奖励金 所有会员子女在2011年度的政府评估考试中（UPSR/ PMR/ SPM/ STPM)考获优良成绩者皆可由家长提出申请。 奖励金与助学金表格可即日起向会馆秘书处索取（免费）。 助学金小组将于2012年12月20日以前联络各得奖家长。 颁发日期：2012年12月22日 （六）， 早上10点，于本会礼堂举行。家长须陪同得奖子女穿校服前来领取上述奖金。

THE OLD BEAMS STATUE OF PK KAYING BUILDING IN 1900

I had heard from the oldies that Perak Kaying Association recent building is rebuild in the years of 1974. The previous old building was build up with the wooden material. The Kaying Clans Oldies also told that the front building have marble stone beam statue, which were made from the Wu Hua district, Province of Guangdong Jia Ying Zhou (Kaying).

After many years of the story, today, by the soft opening of Kampar Mining Museum, I can see it from the near distance.

Picture above, shown the real picture of the said beam statue located in front of the old Kaying building in the year of 1900. Thanks to the Museum Owner, Tan Seri Dato' Hew See Tong that making effort to relocate the said beam statues.

Perak Kaying Association will organise a tour to visit Meizhou, province of Guangdong in South China.

The tour will be departured on 22-5-2012 from KLIA to Xiamen, by our national flight MH. And will be returned home on 29-5-2012 from Guangzhow to KLIA.

The route for the said tour will be visiting Xiamen, Fujian Province of South China, Yong Ding, Meixian(Meizhou), Shantow, Guangzhow.
First Nite: Xiamen.
Second Nite: Yong Ding.
Third, Forth, Fifth Nite: Meizhou.
Sixth Nite: Shantow. 
Seventh Hite: Guangzhow.

2012-2013 年度新董事宣誓就职

霹雳嘉应会馆新届董事局（2012至2013年度）职员共45位成员经已在日前的会员选举大会中顺利产生。新届董事将于2011年12月30日（星期五），下午5时在会馆会议室召开复选会议以选出各职位董事名表。为使节省各董事时间，会议后将直接举行新届董事职员宣誓就职仪式。有关宣誓仪式将敦请本会名誉会长丹斯里拿督丘思东局绅主持监誓。

嘉应会馆青年团将配合有关日子同步举行新届理事宣誓就职仪式。

NEW COMMITTEE SWEAR-IN CEREMONY

The Perak Kaying Association new committee members for the years 2012-2013 had been selected in the recent AGM. Total of 45 committee members will be gather n having the second meeting this coming Friday (30-12-2011), 5pm to select the posts of the new office bearers. 

Further on, there will be the Swear-in ceremony held at 6pm. Tan Seri Dato' Hew See Tong will be the guest of honor to take charge of the swear-in ceremony.

Perak Kaying Youth will be joining the said event, and the new committee members of theYouth Section will be having the swear-in ceremony in front of the new President of the organisation.

2012年度助学金申请受理

霹雳嘉应会馆秉持历代乡贤们作育英才与推广会员及子女能够接受良好教育的宗旨，特设立本助学金计划让会员提出申请。不同的是，今年度也加设了政府评估试的奖励金计划。在此计划下的奖励金里，凡是会员子女在去年(2011)年度的政府评估考试如 UPSR， PMR， SPM ，STPM中考获优良成绩者皆可由父母提出申请。

UPSR ：至少5A或以上(国语与华语及格)
PMR ：至少5A或以上(国语与华语及格)
SPM ：至少7A或以上(国语与华语及格)
STPM ：至少3A或以上（国语及格)

奖励：小学生组：每名成功录取者将获得现金加奖杯一座。
中学生组：每名成功录取者将获得现金加奖杯一座。

上述助学金／奖励金申请表格即日起克向霹雳嘉应会馆免费索取。截止日期：2012年12月15日。

凡入会满一年或以上者皆享有权利为子女提出申请。
